I haven’t received my order yet.. I ordered it the end of February and it was supposed to be delivered March 4th and then the 7th here it March the 15th and I haven’t received my package yet. I reached out to QVR via chat 4 days ago and I haven’t received a response yet… when I check the tracking I get different message of my package location.. When I call the number for the postal service I get a message saying my package is in route but to where?????? I am very disappointed and I can’t get in contact with anyone one from QVR hair.. I would like my money back from not receiving my package..

This hair has exceeded my expectations! When I say I love it I absolutely love it. It’s so soft and bouncy. To maintain the curls I put leave in conditioner and water in a spray bottle and spritz my hair. The curls are so beautiful. The texture matches my coarse 4C hair to the T. Ladies I promise you will not regret buying this hair.
